Hello everyone, I was referred to One Day Denture Services by a friend’s wife after experiencing a broken tooth. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Erica at the front office. She was kind, professional, and immediately made me feel comfortable. I then met with Dr. Robert Erhard, DDS. After examining my teeth, he honestly explained that the tooth was not salvageable and advised against performing a temporary repair that would not be effective. I truly appreciated his honesty and integrity. Instead of recommending unnecessary treatment, Dr. Erhard and Erica took the time to guide me toward the right solution and carefully explained my options. I visited again yesterday to schedule my next appointment, and my second experience confirmed my excellent first impression. The entire team operates with professionalism, honesty, and sincere compassion. I felt welcomed, respected, and well cared for throughout every interaction. They did not charge me for either my first or second visit. This was not about the money for me, but about the way they treated me with respect, honesty, and genuine humanity. Saw Dr. Erhard after a dentist made me an ill fitting pair of dentures broke. He's fantastic and his staff are very friendly. I took my son to him for a partial, great visit. Son is very happy with the results. I'm replacing the dentures he made for me 25 years ago because the fit is not as good anymore as it has been. I'll definitely be going back to Dr Erhard. He may be an amazing dentist, but we'll never know. My fiance had a consult appointment. He already explained his dental situation to the assistant when he stopped in prior to schedule the consult, and he filled out the paperwork. Doc came in the room today, seemingly already angry. No "Hi, I'm Dr. ___, how are you?" just "so what are you here for". My fiance explained, and mentioned that hes also seeing another dentist for a different dental issue, separate from his need for dentures/partial. Doc started grilling him about what the other dentist charges, what they said was "wrong" with my fiances teeth, etc. My fiance couldn't answer everything, and doc was coming off very pushy and hostile. My fiance NICELY said that he feels doc is being hostile towards him, and doc said "well if you think that, maybe you should get out". Doc also threatened to "bill us" for his FREE consultation. Absolutely unprofessional. Also, your little video that plays in the waiting room is hilarious. You used a stock photo of a WOMAN as your own dentist headset photo?! 😂😂 that should have been a red flag in itself. Oof.

I went In for my consultation to get implants after I already when and got a partial that doesn’t fit. He was hostile from the get go. He has zero personality and is flat out just a grumpy old man. We left screaming at each other because he said “well I don’t think you should be here anymore and to get out of his office” all because I asked him why he is so hostile with me. Asking me questions I don’t know and trying to get me to say the other price of the the other business. Avoid this place at all cost. The guy could care less about you or anyone else. As I’m leaving he says “by the way I’m charging you for the appointment” which is a free consultation. Most unprofessional business I have ever been too or apart of. Absolute joke.

Was treated so well through the entire process. My daughters dog ate my dentures and I needed them replaced asap. I drove 2 hours and was made to feel as if MY time was just as important as theirs! Had my new teeth the same day! And my new teeth fit so much better than my old ones!!!!! Thank you Dr. Erhard!
